The Smart Power Cluster (formerly S2E2) is a competitiveness cluster based in the Grand Ouest region of France, specialising in smart energy technologies. It supports more than 240 members (startups, SMEs, industrialists and laboratories) in the development of innovative projects related to low-carbon energy, digital technology and mobility. Its services include project development, technology monitoring, training, business support, certification and a group purchasing platform.
