IT Operations Manager

As a key member of our 6-strong IT team, and reporting to David, our IS Department Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day management of IT operations, ensuring the availability, performance and security of our IT systems.

The future employee will be responsible for a number of essential tasks:
– Handle incidents and user requests
– Advising and supporting users
– Installing, maintainaing and upgrading user workstations
– Learning about new materials and helping set them up
– Handling technical relations with service providers
– Maintaining computer equipment
– Enhance users’ digital experience
